Each leasehold with a residence is allowed to use the telephone entry system upon acceptance of this agreement. A touch tone telephone is required to operate the gate.

By signing this agreement, SLI is authorized to program #___________ into the telephone entry system.
I agree to use this system to activate the gate for persons authorized to visit my residence.
I understand that the system will only be operational when the office is closed and security is absent from the gate area.
I agree that the system will not be used to allow beach access for any vehicle not visiting my residence.
I agree that the system will not be used by any contractor to allow access for any workers prior to or after construction hours.
Use of the Telephone Entry System is authorized through this agreement and its use can be terminated by Salishan Leaseholders, Inc. by action of the Board of Directors.
