Each person, who is the legal owner of a leasehold, may apply for the use of one automatic gate opener. Each leaseholder who is the grantor of a family trust may apply for the use of one automatic gate opener. The non-refundable user fee for each opener is $50.00.

Authorized use of is restricted to the signer of this agreement. It may not be used by family and/or guests unless the person using it is driving the authorized user’s vehicle.
The user must obey the stop sign at the gate and come to a complete stop.
The user must let the gate board stop in its “down position” before using the automatic gate opener.
The user shall open the gate only for his/her entry. Unless the leaseholder is responsible for a given party, the leaseholder agrees not to open the gate.
The user must carry a spare card (original issue) in his/her car in case of transmitter malfunctions.
The Automatic Gate Opener is the property of Salishan Leaseholders, Inc. and its use is authorized through this agreement. The Automatic Gate Opener may be removed from the system through action of the Board of Directors.
The leaseholder agrees to the conditions outlined in this agreement and agrees to surrender the automatic gate opener(s) upon sale the property.
